With two Linehan Certified DBT therapists as team leaders, MiMo Psychotherapy Group takes pride in delivering comprehensive DBT to adults, adolescents, families and couples who have difficulty managing their emotions, relationships and behaviors. Our practice also specializes in a range of issues including mood disorders, behavioral problems, trauma, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, eating disorders, interpersonal conflict, substance abuse, self-harm, suicidality and personality disorders as well as executive coaching for business professionals.

Our fully adherent DBT counseling program includes weekly individual DBT sessions, weekly consultation team meetings for therapists, phone coaching for clients and four DBT skills groups specifically tailored for adults, adolescents, families and couples. At MiMo Psychotherapy Group our style of therapy utilizes empirically based interventions in a warm, collaborative and transparent manner. When appropriate, we teach mindfulness and behavior change strategies to promote psychological flexibility as well as overall well-being.
